Absolutely astounded at the reaction on here to Millward. He's one of the best coaches in this country, nobody can argue with his record apart from his time at Wigan where he was never given a chance to change the culture of the club, something that he did at Leigh (twice) and Saints and won pots galore. Talk about looking a gift horse in the mouth.

Yes he will, the budget is there to add more players the other coaches were originally told they would get the full salary cap then at 2nd interviews were told that the full cap would come "at a later date" so pulled out.

Where are you getting your info from Gronk, you was wrong about coach, did you sit in the meeting when RW when he said this to the coaches that he will spend up to full cap, but it would come later, you seem to be in the know when your clearly not..
As the season rolls on all fans from all teams will see what their club owners are ready to put in and what players are coming in, admit it it is just a guessing game...

I would be quite happy to add 3-5 more players at this stage to be honest. We don't need a big overhaul of players as we've had many times over the past few years, stability is going to be the key and hopefully the new coach will bring that.

Out of all the names mentioned for the job Millward wouldn't be my ideal or even 3rd choice, however I will be willing to give him a go and if things don't work out I hope that we do the sensible thing and get rid before we get in to a situation where we are flagging behind and the rest of the good work that has been done is lost. I also hope he is willing to put his money where his mouth is with regards to predicting us to lose week in week out
