Yeah, true...Don't get me wrong, absolutely fantastic news about an increased sponsorship but the name does seem slightly comical

Great news. They can call it what they like as long as there are plenty of £££££££££s involved, which I suspect there are.

I am sure we all said the same when it became the Jungle but money talks and this is yet more very good news to top off a very positive week in my opinion.

How many people have asked the same question - who is the probiz company and what do they do?

From the sponshors point of view the dafter it sounds the better - keeps the name in your head and justfies the money they are spending.

Money is all that matters at this point in time mate,and to be honest i dont think the new name sounds any more ridiculous than the Jungle did the first time i heard that. anyway all being well its only for 12 months then its off to our shiney new ground

All being well (and ongoing discussions permitting) we will be playing out of the PROBIZ Colisium for many years to come - at Glasshoughton.

When you say it like that, yes it does have a ring to it doesn't it

I'm still not convinced about calling it the coliseum. I haven't been to Rome but i'm pretty sure the coliseum didn't have an asbestos roof and corrigated iron sides.

When they first called it "The Jungle" there were loads of people who regarded it as being the end of the world as we know it. As far as I'm concerned, you can call it what you like. The official name doesn't really matter. I don't think the Coliseum will catch on in popularity like The Jungle did, but who cares. Great news on the sponsorship front and lots of good news coming out of the club in the last few weeks.

(Glad I'm not reading the other forum any more, however!)

I think it's a fantastic name for a club that has a Roman history! Oh, and the money coming into the club from this sponsorship is pretty fantastic as well!!

Whats in a name these days its all about the wonga where stadiums are concerned in any sport....as people have already said if they're willing to pay then they can call it what they like we will all call it by our own preference anyway whether it be darn't lane, weldon rd, the jungle or coliseum.

Personally i've always answered we're at home or away to whoever when questioned where we're playing at the weekend rather than with any of the above or DW, Headingley, KC etc etc.

Another BIG well done to Craig Poskitt again the lad has really earnt his corn this year in a very difficult economic climate.
