He's got the potential to be as well liked in the rugby league community as Sean Long. Tomkins is a big girl who whines when things don't go his way. I really don't like the guy at all.
I look at footballers who dive and try to con the ref and say "you wouldn't get that in rugby league" but he has proven me wrong.

Maybe not Hudds mate. If he'dve had his hair pulled like Crabtree did last week (y'know - a PROPER rugby player) then Tomkins would have had a cardiac.
He should be playing puffball - clearly not tough enough for a man's game.  |

Which incidents are you talking about?
The only one I saw was when Sergeant tackled him late... Which looking at the size of him, I'm not surprised he went down like he'd been shot, Sam is about 3 stone wet through. |

Tomkins may have all these bad assets but there's no denying he has undoubted good ones too. He practically tore us to shreds down the middle. He is quick and has a good step and a fairly decent kicking game too. He can only get better as he gets older.

I don't get the whole Sam Tomkins hatred thing at the moment. The game as a whole has been crying out for a classy young halfback to come through for a good while and we may finally have found him.
