Fantastic support from you guys today (terrible from the 'stay at home because we're on TV' Giants fans). Easily the biggest away support to visit the Galpharm this year. Well done. Shame about the result for you but good luck for the rest of the season. Raaaay.

Today was one of those few games where the atmosphere was electric from start to finish, a real party atmosphere. I thought our support today was outstanding and hopefully we'll see more of it as the season continues.

2,300 odd cas fans - good turnout and a cracking atmosphere yesterday - you guys must have felt like at the end !!

I thought the pink link held 4000, if thats correct then surely more than 2,300.

no because there was netting over some of the seats .

why ? we won and got into the semi final - thats what the idea of yesterday was about wasn't it ?

arguably one of the biggest game sof the saeason cut price tickets and about 3k maybe 3.5k fans bother showing up.

its what happens on the field that matters, we won on the field and i'm sure some of the fans that stayed away would have wished they had gone now after watching that !

Very interesting that Huddersfield announce much high gates when trying to impress the SL authorities and when they don't have to share gate money

please - you make yourself look silly - the attendance was over stated if anything has 3200 or so cas fans well out numbered the home fans - you only had to look around the streets n bars before the game to see that!

I don't think there was anything close to 3200 Cas fans to be honest, maybe 2400 at a push IMO.

Huddersfield probably had a couple of thousand fans in each stand. Still pretty poor, but I think they know that.

yep, 2300 Cas fans - and i dont think you will find one Giants fan on these boards saying our turn out wasn't anything but poor for the importance of the game, I and most of the others that post on here went ,we cant do anything about the people that dont.

tell me if i'm (genuinely dont know)

at a guess i'd say West Stand holds 9000
East stand 7000
north stand 4500
south stand 4000
total capacity is 24,500

so the south stand hold circa 4000 you can not say is was only over half full the middle 4 gangways were full 15 ins before KO no seats left which leaves the end two. now i know for a fact the end bloack of seats was 90% full i was sat there and as for the opposite end block (next to east stand i think was only half full at best. overall i'd say 3200 cas fans easy!!!

there was under 2,400 Cas fans i was told that approx half an hour after the match ended.
the capacity of the stand was reduced because there was netting on some of the seats so the capacity of the stand on sunday was under 3,500 and none of the blocks were totally full
