just wanted to ask a question to anyone who travelled to the game yesterday, I listened on Yorkshire Radio and the commentary team were saying that there seemed to be no more than a thousand people there yesterday and said it was a poor turnout, however then they laughed and said i bet they declare the attendance at around 3000, and low and behold the attendance was given as 2900. Now am I just being cynical are quins declaring higher gates in order to try and preserve their superleague status?

There was more than a thousand, two thousand tops IMO, Cas turnout small but vocal. Prob a max of 400 and i would say one fifth of the crowd, 2900 was way over, i walked to their supporters end to watch the first half, plenty of empty seats thats for sure, we were told we couldnt sit there as it was for the home supporters end, to which i asked, what time are they coming ? Ah well.

No doubt i will be accused of sour grapes, but its not the case,Cas deserve to be bummed, I was only there for the beer and and a natter with Riggins and Disco

Their second try was score in the corner near the Cas fans. Danny was setting up for the conversion all the while laughing at the chants, 'Danny is a Cas Fan'. And 'Danny, Danny give us a wave'.

It was similar to Hudson a few years back when we played Huddersfield at home when the rumours of him signing for Cas.
