Quote ="braytontiger"echo what you say about the lad from the u10s first reports are that he isnt has badly hurt has first appeared,in the u10s lock lane were the winners beating knottingley in the final.
in the u9s it was cas panthers who came out on top after going all tournamant without conceding a single try which proves defences do win games, full credit to the other teams involved beaten finalists lock lane, stanley rangers, heworth and normanton knights who played two divisions above their weight but still gave a great account of themselves.
overall a fantastic day and im out on my feet but the good news is we get to do it all again next week.

The Normanton lads were all a bit disappointed that they couldn't sneak a win in the comp but it was always gonna be unlikely as Brayton says they were playing sides who are 2 divisions higher and were also subject a 'bit of treatment' in one of the games (head high stuff at U-9s) is disgraceful....
A great day out and hopefully the Knights will be able to grace the stage again next year.
Well done to everyone involved in the organisation
Also pleased that the young lad who was injured is OK!!!
