A couple of fixtures worth noting, Leigh play Bradford first game, we play Leigh at home the week after. The week we play Fev at home, the week before they will have played Bradford. Thats a great result for us when it came to the fixtures been drawn.

As someone who has volunteered regular ongoing help on more than one occasion, I reserve the right to have an opinion. Have I been taken up on the offer of my services? The answer is no.

I lead a very busy life but am still wanting to give something back to my club that I have supported for thirty years.

London away sun 29th march followed five days later on good friday Bradford away. Tough few days...

Just seen that it's the top 3 from middle 8 go/stay up and 4&5 playoff, did I miss this before due to the comatosed state that KH's rugby put me in?
So if we finish in top 5 we still get a shot via a playoff final.
Hopefully we won't need it.

I think Mal is right. After the first split into 8s, it's the 4 and 5th on that split that duke it out for a place in SL.

The fixtures just highlight what a tough season it's going to be - hopefully if we get off the mark against Haven we'll have the confidence to have a real crack at it. Got to be honest it's just what the league needed, it must be tough for the BOD to galvanise some momentum against the same old teams year after year.

Top 4 for the first part of the season the top 5 to have a chance of going into SL.
They never make anything straight forward do they?

You have to be in the top 4 to stand a chance of getting into SL. Then you have to get in top 5 of the middle 8. Top 3 are in SL, 4th plays 5th to determine final spot.

Well it certainly gives the division a real shakeup with a number of cracking games to look forward to.
Can't wait.

Planning ahead and looking for cheap digs where are London playing at next season, anyone know?

They're still at The Hive (Barnet's Ground) which is £25 entry and although you can buy beer in the ground, I don't believe there is much in way of bars etc nearby. You maybe better off booking digs elsewhere and jumping on tube to ground.

Drive to the Travelodge Heston M4, West bound or East bound, currently £32 a night. Osterley tube is 10 mins drive or taxi, car park about £3 a day at weekend, right on the Piccadilly line, last tube back very late.
Yates or Wetherspoon in Leicester Square, tube on Piccadilly line.
