What doesn’t make sense to Me is KD says the Giants are under no pressure to leave the John smith’s stadium and could stay there for 100 years. If that is the case why not stay where you are while you develop plans for your new stadium. Why move out and plough money into a station in another town that you are planning to leave in a year or two? Seems odd to me.

Sorry if I've missed it but if K D buys the Shay and town and Fax become his tenants, rather than the councils, would he still be charging the clubs a rent, and if so how would it compare to the councils. Not sure it would be feasible but in an ideal world would be great if any deal could include writing off our o/s rent arrears.
