I admire your support, Marillion Man. You and me ... we're Bamford era men, and we know what it's REALLY like to be crap!! And that team at the mo ain't crap. I've loved this season, the league has been very competitive. I'll be going next Thursday and partying whatever the outcome.

Dont think they are ridiculous at all just passionate people upset and disappointed that yet again we failed to deliver and we were painfully disected for all to see on telly. I've not once tonight said Calland should go. I have however called his judgement and experience to do the job on current form. Being that this slump has been for 3 months practically.

I think the coaching staff and the players know this. They're not sleepwalking through the fact we are in that slump but what can you do? Confidence is difficult to get back after such a run. I'm sure they're doing everything they can to reverse this trend. I for one trust Martin Hall, Matt Calland and the players to see us through to the Grand Final.

The team i agree ain't cr*p but its been directed very badly - oh and this is from a pre bamford era fan - so yeah I have seen some rubbish in my time. I'd love us to turn it round, but lets face it we have been poor for 4 months now. Our record since the cas game speaks for itself. I am sure someone can (and will) tell me, but where would we have finished had the season started then?

Yeah, and Widnes would have been relegated had it finished then. The season runs until 4th October. That's what counts.

Tonight we were underdogs with nothing to lose as whoever lost got another chance. Next week momentum will be with whoever we play and that is not healthy on our current form. I expected us to throw caution to the wind to a degree, if we lose at least do it with style. Whoever we play next week will watch tonights game and expose our confidence or lack of it.

Lets get real its highly unlikely that Fev will beat Widnes. We cant beat Widnes. They will be up for it and we wont and we will get our backsides spanked again. After that happens next week would be a good chance for the board to shake things up a bit, i highly doubt they would though.

I don't know why certain posters on this forum don't meet up on Skircoat Moor pre-match on Thursday and have it out with their handbags. Get that pent-up tension expelled, pull in your pouting bottom lips and get a life.

Good idea to raise some money for the club

You could ask the club to addc a little extra on to the 2010 season ticket to watch it. Think it could be a good pre match attraction. Certainly beating the fire eaters.
