U R welcome, couldnt get there myself. According to Radio Leeds there was a very good turnout of Fax Fans - bThey estimated over 1000

Do you think playing at bramhall lane helps or hinders the eagles. The pitch at don valley was so narrow it made teams go up the middle - I would imagine bramhall lane is wider and more suited to teams who play an expansive game.

Shocking, really shocking. Can't blame the Sheffield Utd staff, like they said the rugby lot had said there wouldn't be many Fax fans that would turn up. But I really can't see why they didn't just put up some temporary stalls up selling tickets outside the main stand. Really unorganised.

Although the ground made up for it once inside, lovely stadium so much better than Don Valley.

Bet there's a right atmosphere in there for the Sheff Derbies!

Looked more than 1473 in the ground, although difficult to tell with only one stand open. Ticketing was a shambles - I've e-mailed their General Manager to make a couple of polite suggestions.

There should have been some prior notice from Sheffield United/Eagles/HRLFC/Courier, whoever. I'm not pointing the finger I just think it would have made today run a lot smoother if there was some communication for fans to make allowances in their journey to pick up their tickets.

I got my ticket about 45 mins before kick off and there were no queues and 4 staff on, no problems. On the walk back down the road towards the stand there were loads of Fax fans.

Really felt sorry for the staff in the Blades superstore today, one young lass was in tears at the back of the shop.

We were taking to the supervisor whilst in the store and she was saying that the Eagles had told them they would only need 2 tills open as there would not be that many Fax fans, so I feel that the blame for the whole escapade lies with the admin of the Eagles for getting it horribly wrong. Surely they could have sent 500 tickets to Fax for sale before today?

Ticketing was a shambles but on the whole taken in a good nature by Fax fans.

Ground looked very wide and was worried when first try went over but we looked to get a grip after that but our kicking game was poor throughout.

The fax fans were queueing nearly out of the car park at around 2.40pm. The ticketing was disgusting. For a game with just over 1400 people, it should be an embarrasment to them that they needed to delay kick off.

What really annoyed most of the people who were queueing were that there were only two people selling tickets and there were at least 4 people marshalling the line and not selling football gear. I don't consider myself a Sir John Harvey-Jones but wouldn't it have been quite simple for someone to print out tickets from one of the tills and use the staff for selling tickets rather than controlling the queue?

Lack of communication all round. Still, at least we stuffed them...
