What does call think about the lack of `noise` coming out of the club? What does he think the ambitions of the club are ie. at the moment it seems the club would be more than happy just to trundle along while not really pushing to challenge for SL which is a stark contrast to what was been done and said when it was unlikely we would get in over the past few years.

Does the ambitions of the club match his ambitions?

With Bobbie Goulding making a comeback does he also fancy a run out?

Why does he continually chop and change the team?

No amount of social media is going to make the players we have 'improve' and its also not going to make the brand of RL any more entertaining. I'd suggest while its good were talking about Fax TV and its good the Club are doing this, we need to remember its only what we should be doing in this day and age.

That's not to say peoples efforts are not appreciated, and its a good thing to be doing, people will get slicker at it.

I'm more concerned that we sign prospects, play 5 drives and a kick (poorly) and players stagnate with us. People in the club may think its ok, will admit it could be better, and say we still have time to change our fortunes. If we cant though, I see us finishing the year with a 3 figure crowd or two and the saying [i'its takes years to win a customer and only seconds to lose one'

Look at the tries we score, compared to other sides, even Dewsbury, our attacking options are poor, Murrell is vastly overrated in my opinion, I know we have to make the best of what we have, and I don't think we are currently getting the best out of Scott or the rest of the team.

I would urge Karl to remember the quote about insanity and doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results. He may change the players, but only because they don't carry out his dull instructions. The plan stays the same.

Divorty and Manning used to be great attacking options out wide, albeit making breaks that our centres couldn't, but just on a general note they have gone backwards, as has Luke Ambler, they are all still good players, but I would like to see them kick on and improve their games, their conditioning (Luke) and be the players we know they can.

Hopefully they wont be listening to Iron Maiden - Wasted Years in years to come and thinking [is^&t

Think you are watching a different game if you think Luke needs to improve his conditioning. He played 70 mins last week. Rest is bang on though

Just watched the latest FaxTV. Harrison really doesn't do himself any favours.....self satisfied....bigging himself up as a coach.....blaming specific players....blaming the other teams for getting better...players are out of favour - seems one bad game and your out. A little humility Karl wouldn't go amiss and stop blaming everyone but yourself. He now seems to be relying on Fox to save the day, but unless we change the way we play he won't get much ball play...another player he will ruin. Made my blood boil.

Points I noticed from the video:-

KH got his times wrong about the last kick at goal and it can be clearly seen from the video there was about a minute and a half left which actually turned out to be closer to 2 minutes when that decision was made.

Again although it was obvious to point to Tyrers missed kicks it was more to do with the fact that we struggle to break Dewsbury down despite all the possession that we had in the game.

I agree with him about the crossing decision in the first half. Saxton literally had nowhere he could go other than where he did and tyrer did a great job of getting out of the way and not obstructing a player but the ref had been watching too much SL, the same went for the Manning obstruction in the second half.

Tongue in cheek but no fancy dan plays for the rest of the teams would suit us.

Maybe Marillion Man needs to explain to Karl about big minutes.



He mentions about people earning chances but anyone can see how much quicker we look with Holden in at hooker and he hasnt yet had a bad game yet he makes way for kaye again this week.

My question about the ambitions of the club sort of got twisted a bit, I think we know KH wants to get us as high as he can but it was more does he think the club still shares those ambitions or are they capped at just about where we are now.

I think its really hard not to like KH when he talks and he has blue & white running through his veins. I actually think thats whats keeping him in his job at the moment with the BOD. Ive never hoped a coach can turn it around from this point as much as I hope KH will. It normally goes the same way from here though and its just a matter of time.........I hope he proves me wrong though.

Greetland 8 is a prop and Jake is a half back, so I think Grandson No1 will be a full back.

For the benefit of Halifaxjohn and Nat, I happen to think Luke is a very good player and am very pleased he plays for Fax, my point is I think he could really tear this league up and think he still has bags of potential to play at the very top level, when he came to us from Leeds however he was much fitter (I don't have bleep test evidence) and hes put on a bit of timber, I still think him and Tonks are a great couple of props for this league too, I just hope Robinson isn't his personal trainer, less lifting Subways I prescribe.
My concern as stated many times and pointed out by many fans is players do not seem to kick on and improve at Fax.
The side we have has potential far beyond our current form or league position, and I will reiterate, what we are doing isn't working.

I am not totally convinced about our fitness. I've mentioned before that we do seem to concede a lot of late tries . As regards other points made by Justthebasicfax I also think some of our players do seem to be regressing . IMO Tonks is not nearly as destructive as what he once was , while Manning , Adamson and Ambler are just not playing as well while Murrell should be used at 13 where pace isn't as important as it is at 6. The backs also just do not seem to be playing like they can. Perhaps it is just a confidence thing , a couple of wins really could kick start our season . Or perhaps it's a bit deeper than that ............coaching , tactics etc must all impinge on how players play the game .

It's so obvious Murrell should be at 13. Why do you play him at half back Karl? If he had the pace to play there he would still be in sooper league. Getting the best out of players is a mainstay of a coaches job and the best postion for Scott and the team is loose forward.

By playing Murrell at 6 we have taken a player who would be the best 13 in the league and turned him in to a ten a penny stand off.
