Some of them should be retiring anyway, we'll hopefully make 2 grand finals on the trot, some of them may well move onto pastures new, the positive is that this may well be the last time this group of players is together and may be there best chance of achieving something in Rugby, if there is any truth i very much doubt in reality we effect team morale, they should be more aware than us, or should be playing for new contracts.
Chill, players come, players go, the Club comes first.
Just focus on the fact that these players all know that as a group and team this could be there time to shine, lets hope they realise this and give it everything and erase all the darker moments.
