In my opinion, achieving second this year has been a good "season" now for the play offs and that 100k prize for our club

If they won the Grand final, then a portion would go to the players, but not all of it. Maybe £50,000 would be split between them. Depends if some of them have clauses that determine a certain bonus for appearing or winning a grand final.

Agree wi that. I have backed the club for many many years. However, just because I do not have a great opinion of Matt Calland as a coach and feel often the skills of the players often get us wins rather than our tactics etc then I am "Negative" or one of the "Boo Boys"! I do not feel Calland is a quality coach. He has had 3 years and I have not been overly impressed with our tactics, defence or what he says after matches. Barry Eaton apoligized for his teams performance on Sunday and took the blame himself. I never get the feeling Calland would do that and would rather look elsewhere for the blame. I hope he can prove me wrong and win something. Just because you have a different or not a high opinion of a Coach or Player does not mean you are not a Fan of this wonderful club.

Careful now. You dont want to be facing the roth of TF2, MM and Little Rich.



I feel that this actually is a really good message board. Not everyone is going to get on but if everyone acts like a sheep or its used as a propaganda machine for the club then it would die a slow death. On the whole the board is run very well by the Mods and they do a good job apart from the odd occasion they have been over zelous.

Briggs is a good player. Branighan is a class above though and can see why he has played NRL before getting injured. Certainly would go well in SL. Not frightened of doing the tough work neither.

Briggs is a decent player mate but not in the same class as Branighan IMO!

Briggs is a quality player at this level who will surely progress to SL in the near future.

While I don't want to sound ungrateful and under-rate what an outstanding contribution Branno has made, if it turns out that he does leave, no one man makes a team. Even if there is a player exodus, so long as they are replaced with men with the want to wear our great badge every weekend then that'll do me. Stop fussing.

Says in this mornings League Express that Luke is interesting Toulouse. Hardly surprising that teams would want him if thats the case. Lets just hope we can keep him if thats what the club can achieve within any financial constraints of course.

I dont think he is our only player that they are looking at.

Sorry but Briggs is a class above Branighan. One of the best young half backs around, he'll play SL soon enough unfortunately for us!!
