For me, Beswick has been outstanding all season. He regularly gave 80 minutes and is super-fit. (he can't even sit still on the bench, if he comes off!) He has proved an inspiration to his team-mates, time and again and, for my money, it's no coincidence that our deterioration in the Qualifiers, has partly been down to the reduced time he has been on the pitch. If I had to choose between him and Higham, I would go for Bob, any time.

Rich ,in my opinion Bob has had a very good season not many Leythers will disagree with this,I think Rowls has wanted Mickey Higham as his main Hooker and thinks Mickey can play 80 minites,ask Leythers to pick yheir top 3 players of the season and most would have Bob in there,I've a feeling we could be trying to reduce our Salary Cap for incoming players ,and we have a very promising young hooker in Lewis Foster.

I would have them both back in a shot. Bob's departure was one of the worst decisions by Fax in recent times. Sam? Well Sam's Sam isn't he, but at this level he is a very good player. Up The Fax!

Fax didn't decide to let Beswick go, he turned down more money here to go to Leigh. I think he saw what was coming when Calland got sacked.

John you Fax folk seem to ridicule us Clowns is a mystery to me ,we try to be jolly and pleasant, and some know a bit about Rugby, look at my position in the Fantasy Rugby.

I believe one of the reasons Bob's leaving is that he didn't like the idea of playing second fiddle to Micky Higham. Bob wanted to start and be first choice number 9. If he came to Fax would he be faced with the same scenario, if so what's the point?

maybe RM could view him as our main hooker for next year ?

And indeed we were playing a darned sight better when he was the starting number 9 and doing a long stint out there.

I have played with both Barlow and Leon Ashton, they have a lot in common! Both good lads and both always at the front of the queue for the buffet!

We neither need or want these 2 , a has been and a mental case who thinks he's better than he is we have far better forwards, why go backwards in time it's not the answer some will be calling for Calland to return next,these ex Leigh rejects couldn't get in our Squad.

Why wouldn't they have Penky??
He's only been banned from all forms of rugby, surely that won't stop Derek!!!

Degsy we don't need either Beswick or Barlow, Fax are on the march.

Beswick won't leave for another club if he leaves its too take he's job commitments full time!

Jacob Fairbank has Sams offload and go forward with a far superior mindset and he could learn a lot from him.
Bob's still a top player but his best years are behind him.
Fax are going in the opposite direction.
