He also took his ill-discipline, bad attitude, and one good game per 5 or 6 games with him as well. You only have to look at all the mistakes he made with his offloads to see it didnt add too much to the team. The game at Fev where we got in the game and he had just come on and tried an offload in a 3man tackle inside our own twenty, how about the game at Hunslut where he was totally dire. If im honest I saw him have only one real good game in a Fax shirt and that was the NRC final. He wont be missed on the field in my opinion and going by what the players say he certainly wont be missed in the dressing room.

Got to say I have watched barlow a few times now and he seems a good player bit of a hot head but good player.i think leigh will be a better player with him than without. Leigh will be the team to beat this year.

This imo is the best Leigh side since 1981/2 and although I am biased my generous Fax friend Bentleyman will tell you I never exaggerate.

I sort of agree but yesterday although I thought the first 25 minutes was very much one out rugby from that point I thought we played some decent stuff. The loop ball out the back to Johnson had Fev in all sorts of trouble and we looked very good when that happened although we seemed to go away from that for some reason.

The penalty count was 8-8.... seemed pretty even to me.
Fax got on a roll with a string of penalties, we got back with 5 on the bounce!!

I gave myself sometime with the dvd before I replied to this. The ball is clearly visibly ripped out by a fax player. Cording gathers up the loose ball.... that's play on and is rightly a try!!

Johnson was the best player on the park and as you say he was causing damage. I said to Marillion man when Scott Murrell gave that forrad pass that all was needed was a stady six and a kick and the game was there to be taken. It didn't materialise that way. Fax stopped doing what the did to get a hold of the game, panicked and the discipline went. Result ...fev win.

some bloke at fev reckoned Fax think they are the man utd of rugby but I cudn't get him to explain wot the heck he was gobbing about.

I thought it was the tamest Fev Fax game iv seen for a few years, no intensity and it looked like 2 poor teams to me, mind i was smashed

Fev arent full time, I know some of the lads who went from batley last season and they all work.
