Getting the procedure right is not difficult.

What you can't control is whether the employee decides to chance his arm or not. If he does that, unless the case is clear cut, he always has a chance of winning.

To lose through the procedure being incorrect is, however, extremely careless.

I would feel that the Fans would have preferred to see a few more local lads in the 17 than has been done recently. Forget SL and them fancy ideas as the RFL do not want us and we are nowhere near ready for it. Lets give 5 or 6 Local lads the chance to play for Fax, with a few experienced players, as well as a couple of gamebreakers. It can be done as Batley have shown.
