Widnes, yes but Toulouse? Having very publically stated that Toulouse MUST make the GF to even be elligible to apply surely even the joke that is the RFL would not have the audacity to renege on that ...... or would they?
On top of which, attendances at Toulouse are half what they were last season (although those published last season I felt should be filed under fiction anyway).
