First a few beers I have nothing wrong with. As long as people including MC behave themselves then no problem. Matt still has a few things to learn but also so do many match officials! If Fax fail to progress then MC faces a lot of pressure and maybe the sack. The match officials make the same inconsistant calls each week across most games and yet Stuart "Arrogant Idiot" Cummins does nothing about it. Fax lost today because we were poor. I am sure MC knows it and the players. But having somebody in the middle clueless certainly does not help and a team like Batley will always look to spoil as they simply have to play that way to compete against fast teams. MC probably was frustrated and maybe said a few wrong words-who hasnt. Lets get off his back and get behind him and the players

People like you should be ashamed and should not be given money. I am proud that I have worked since the age of 17 and only for 5 months claimed-that was because I lost my job after dislocating my knee and damaging knee ligaments. Thats over 20 years. There is nothing wrong with claiming, but being proud of it is a disgrace and I have no time for people who have such an attitude. Maybe if you got up early you could do some extra job hunting!

Yes I was and to be honest you should have been buried by half time. Batley thought it was game over, they lost a key pivot through injury after only being on ten minutes or so and had a player sent off and one sin binned in the second half. In the second half Batley were poor and had switched off also.
We all know Fax should be there or thereabouts but take a defeat by a dogged Batley team on the chin and move on.
Your disregard for so called 'smaller' teams will be your downfall this season. Look at Featherstone last season, they thought they only had to turn up to win the grand final, their arrogance dwarfed that of Calland !! and look what happened there...

I have already said in a couple of posts (on other threads) that Batley wanted it more and played well so I have taken defeat on the chin and as a club and team we will move on and improve. Furthermore I would not say we had disregard for the smaller teams but in all honesty hopefully the defeat will be the kick up the backside that some of the team obviously need.

The reason why there are so many new posters on here is as many of you will know the Batley/Featherstone/Barrow supporters forums are on the Total RL forum.

None of those have led a team to a Championship GF victory.
