No team spirit! No passion or pride! A coach who I feel is out of his depth and cant coach a team to defend properly or get them fired up. I had doubts about Matt Calland last year. I now am feeling he is not the right person for us. He has done well but we need to go to the next level. I also think the team both on and off the field lack discipline- Drinking rumours, Stupid Penalties etc. Really peed off with the whole team at mo and think changes must be made soon.

That was just embarrassing. Flatest day I can remember in a long time. It was supposed to be all about the new stand, but it was all spolit by the diarrhoea playing in white and blue.

Fax dont have dual registration players because Calland feels it is to the detriment of team spirit - I would have thought playing massively unfit players because we have a small squad and no reserves and getting tonked at home would be more detrimental to team spirit. Leigh's superleague players made our boys look pathetic. We looked beaten before kick off. Shocking

Last year I was proud to wear my blue & white shirt; today I took it off before leaving the South Stand as I was embarrassed to be seen wearing it. I'm ashamed. Truly ashamed at what I have witnessed on that field today. Leigh played good basic rugby and thoroughly taught us a lesson. Super League aspirations - my booty!

Nanyn threw the ball at him first he shouldn't have done it but at least the lad is bothered when we are losing. I suppose you'll all forget the games he's won for us and again our try in the second half came from his little break from dummy half, but he got sin-binned once so i suppose this outweighs the games he already won for us this season; Widnes and Sheffield.

Okay then lets try this one he probably sets up more tries than any other player even when playing badly last season he was still setting up tries at Batley he set up 2, scored 2 winning tries against Sheff + Widnes. A bigger contribultion than most this season. Wasn't it petulant from Aizue backchatting the referee and giving away a penalty. Maybe try surveying the whole teams errors and not focusing on one player how on earth can you single out one bad player today when just about everyone performed poorly and each made an error. Get behind him he's probably our most talented player yet fans seem to find it neccessary to jump on his back every other team in our league would welcome him into their team but no not Halifax, he's not good enough for us. Get real we aren't going to get many better players at the club.

I was at the game when I posted that he was binned and why. Someone wanted updates and I gave them that. If you don't like it, then bite me.

gvive the lad a break yes it was stupid but like Rob says at least he was angry. It should have been directed at the players but many players weren't even bothered at all let alone get angry. As for winning games he has won plenty of games over the three seasons and has been playing good imo this year.

First of all : well played Leigh, their forwards totally dominated us , had an excellent kicking game and made few errors . I am not going to knock fax's commitment - maloney ,frank,wrench,penky,gene I believe they all tried but it was the execution that was terrible.the passing was woeful,forwards were not running on to the ball at pace,lack of understanding at half back etc.I also think physically especially the second row we are just not at the races- we need more bulk. I don't know what the answer is but we badly missed branigan,Gleason,said and Nash.one other point- what's the point of the stewards.when the two Leigh fans decided to throw sone punches at one another ,the steward just stood there- eventually a small woman steward came up by then some other Leigh fans had calmed things down.crazy

Exactly but try telling that to the fax fans who all decide every game we lose somehow links back to him.

We also missed the kicks to take off some of the pressure we piling on ourselves.
