Must agree with Horsey. Never sat down before at Fev, from behind the sticks that stand doesn't look massive. Sure it'll be fine tho and it'll certainly be rocking with an atmosphere. That's the stand where the Fev singers sit isn't it? Seem to remember a vocal section in the bottom right side when we won a couple of seasons ago.

Pity its segregated really, I know a lot of lads I sometimes go to games with from Knottingley are meeting some Fax fans they met in Blackpool for a drink looks like some bridges are being built. I also know from experiences at football matches that when you segregate fans it makes them behave worse to each other than if they were mixed together

I particularly didn't like being squashed into the corner of the stand last time. I hope they have extended the amount of seats we have available this time.

It will be great if you bring half of your home support on Sunday it will make for a great atmosphere and spur the players on to produce a great match for us all to watch It will also get our average attendance up and we will hit the 3000 mark that we are aiming for Just hope your not firing on all cylinders like you have been because if you are it will take some good plays for us to get the win.

Fax by about 20 or so. I just think at the moment we will be far too hot for them especially given their tuff game on Saturday and even though they have a days extra rest I really dont see it making much difference given we had the luxury of resting players and were also able to play the last 10 minutes or so with 12 given the game was well and truly over.

At the moment I see Fev as the 4th best team in the league behind us, Batley and Sheffield.

Close for 65 mins then fev wearing off due to the tough game at the weekend and halifax to be relentless last 15min

Think it'll be a cracker and very close, think you'll just shade it in the final 10 mins.

We're not quite there yet as a unit and will more than likely be fielding two or more (wait and see on that one) newbies.

Can't see why we still need to be segregated, there's been no trouble around the last 5 or 6 encounters, time to move on I think.

Plus, you buggers will be sat in my favourite seat, which leaves me slightly less than gruntled

I actually think after the promo & the SL noises coming out of Post Office rd they'll announce a 3,000+ attendance regardless.

They wont need to massage figures this week m8, they have been bigging it up locally for weeks. giving £20 family tickets in schools etc. i can also tell by the number of occasional fans that are starting drinking with us at 10am Sun that there will be a good crowd, i reckon we will ss 3k

i admit our attendance at PO road over the last few years has been poor due to what happened at Wire. However i believe you will see afew stay away fans coming to this one.

I know of quite a few Fax fans who fancy this trip that don't usually travel to P.O.rd. There's something to be said for your teams' current form for attracting interest. I reckon those of us who know the Fev ground will be able to make a rough estimate of the attendance on sunday so the challenge will be on for the return fixture I suppose on sunday 14th July. Slap bang in the middle of the local holiday season, and I'll be on a very tight schedule to make this particular match due to prior arrangements, arghhhh.

There's a few I know who havent been to fev for a couple of years making the trip this time.

I've been since the Warrington incident, and I'm pretty sure that game wasn't segregated, I wasn't at the NRC game when it kicked off due to been in Spain at the time, and I missed last years fixture due to my shift pattens,

Hopefully this weekend's game can be remembered for the right reasons, Fev are going to raise their game, as every team would when taking on a team in Halifax's current position. But I think its a fair assessment that all teams in our league raise the bar when they face Fax, Fev, Sheffield, Leigh and maybe Batley.

Fev have a tough task backing up last weeks game at London, playing SL opposition is bound to have an effect on even the best drilled teams, but i'm sure they'll be prepared, this game will be one they've highlighted as wanting to win, especially if they are to gain ground on us in the league table.

I think if Fax play the way we have been, we have a great chance of taking the 3pts away, not bothered if we win by 4 or 40, but I do think we could push on and deny them a bonus point.

If you see some fellow Fax/Fev fans being pillocks then dont be ashamed to tell them to cool it. Both clubs have fans that sadly could behave better. Hopefully all is OK but it just takes one idiot to spoil it for everybody.

Tough game, but feel Fax pack will be the differance, especially Tonks, Barlow and Ambler.
