Proud of the lads in what was a must win and totally put in the performance of the season so far. Yes Fev were poor and expect them still to challenge but it's the right time to start clicking just look at last year. Need to do a job on Eagles now and keep rolling (still won't be easy) Credit to some of the Fev fans in the blue lagoon coach that clapped us very gracious thanks. Well said, and "hi" to all the Fev fans I talked with before and after the game. Passionate, knowledgeable and up for the game beforehand, and gracious in defeat afterwards. I didn't see it, but apologies for the numpties that feel the need to step over the line after a game.

It was superb we got home tonight after a great trip, the lads really did a top job on Fev and like others have said I did not see that coming although I asked them to step it up by 80% to beat Fev which was a bit OTT but the lads did step it up at least 50% so a huge well done, lets keep it going now!

Well, they didn't miss much at our game. Both sides' completion rates were shocking.

Sparky, I was in the North Stand with all the Fev fans and didn't see any trouble at all, the Fev fans were great as we're the Fax fans, a very good comp, I'm so glad it will carry on in Blackpool.

Ian as I said earlier I left just after Bradford scored and missed Leigh's winning try.
I can assure you that as I was leaving I turned around as three or four police entered the North Stand with stewards to deal with a fight between a number of fans.
Don't know who they supported but again can assure you they were all wearing red.

Having watched it back,our support looked embarrassingly small on tv,is that how you saw it from other end Charles ?

We certainly didn't have as many as Bradford, not sure about Leigh but more than Fev.
I also saw far more seagulls than eagles.

I wouldn't say your support was small, it wasn't but it looked to me there was more Fev fans than Fax fans, though it was very quiet in the North Stand,and a fair few Fev fans left early , a lot seemed to more Conerved about singing songs about Cas.I was very impressed with Fax, but you have to admit Fev were terrible.

Pleasure to have met Charlie Caroli and his mate Frank (what a character ) from Leigh and Fevgrinder and friend from Fev who all knew their rugby. Hope to meet a few more of you over time.
Was a bit shocked at the result and can't see that happening again to Fev this season. Fantastic effort from the Fax players, coaches and supporters.
