probably the best time of year to play on artificial pitch.

Would put down an excellent early marker if we could win this but i feel this game has come too early for us.

I look at it the other way Beau. Widnes will probably get stronger as the season goes on and although I would have preferred an easier start I feel now is as good a time as any to play over there. Up The Fax!

We have a very lightweight pack tbh and I think we'll struggle this season.

I don’t feel we’ll struggle but Halifax is no easy game, never has been really. We have a lightweight pack but anything can happen.

Expected fax lineup anyone based on pre season also is grady fit

For me our pre-season has been a bit of a mess really with both first choice half backs injured. All that said I don't expect Widnes to be anywhere near to challenging Toronto for 1st place so would be disappointed if we didn't pick up 2 points given what our asperations should be this season.

And there's 4 days till the game so plenty of time left for someone else to pull up.

Won't be far off if i've read the injury situation correctly.

I think that will be somewhere near if Murrell makes it although personally I would swap Butler and Barber but thats just personal preference and only other one is I cant see RCS been on the bench.

Apparantly been flying in training till he got a knock.Would like to think he'll make to it give us a positive option off the bench rather than another forward.

Personally I think this coming season will be a vintage year for RL in the Championship,and as I’ve never been one for sitting on the fence as you only get splinters,here are my predictions for the top 5.
1.Toronto.
2.Toulouse.
3.Widnes.
4.Bradford.
The 5th spot will be a dog fight between Fax,Fev,and Leigh,I predict losses for all 3 on Sunday,and having entered teams in Faxes Fantasy League, I’m expecting big scores for Toronto, Toulouse, and Bradford during the season.Im not known for accurate tipping, but this year Charlie knows.Hope to see some of you at the Shay a week on Sunday.
