Obviously glad the appeal was rejected but take no satisfaction in their demise.

If Fax were in the position of the Bulls are you saying they should not appeal? Personally I dont feel any ill will towards the Bulls and all those who are having a good laugh should think of that next time they are upset by the comments of a FC Halifax 'Fan' towards Fax. Basically because you are no better than them , put your bitterness aside if the Bulls had won their appeal it would have set the precedent for any future appeals - maybe by Fax in the future....

If they do manage to survive in Super League fair play to them if not then see you at The Shay in 2015.

for me and I think a few on here its to do with them affecting our future as well as there own with their stupidity.
they gave out free tickets all over Calderdale taking our at the time paying custom which had a massive affect on our income. to top it off this backfired on themselves as there was never a real income to cover this. now the giants are at it giving free and cheap tickets to all games to try and make it look good but in the end these people just wont want to pay when things get hard for the club.
I could go all day in more detail but I cant be ar*ed as most people on here and our club itself know this.

Relegation will do the two clubs that hit the drop the world of good i reckon, they'll have much more of a financial package than their opponents as a "reward" for being rubbish this year and it'll be even more of an uneven playing field than it is now below SL level.

Only my thoughts, i'm probably way off the mark anyway. Its the RFL, it's bound to go wrong.

Know its off topic but forgot at add that Manning could be banned for up to 13 matches for a grade d and e offences - dont think he can submit an EGP (but might be wrong) , hopefully he wont get that long.

That's if you add together the maximum penalty for both offences. As they were only 40 seconds apart and, in effect, one incident surely the panel won't treat them as 2 totally seperate incidents?

He has definately used his AGP already this season.

Credit to the club for getting a solicitor involved because anyone who has seen the tackle over and over who thinks it is either a shoulder charge or an attack to the head must be on a different planet.

The tackle in itself is nothing more than a penalty for being slightly late in my view, there is no head shot on Sam at all, however, the follow up incident is where he may get hit with a big ban. Dane was silly and im sure he knows it but all this rubbish being spouted about him is laughable.

The Bulls should just drop it now as this constant whining at being the victim in all of this is just alienating them even further. Living in Northowram/Shelf during the height of Bull power was pretty galling and I for one have been taking a great deal of pleasure in watching it all unfold (not that we've room to talk).

It'll be interesting to see how long Marc Green does hang around for once he's clawed back his brass that he's owed. They're going to have a shock but it does us all good to wear a hair shirt from time to time which they may have to get used to if they stay in that crumbling hole at the top of a hill ground.

Yep it was pretty hard to stomach there were glory fans everywhere - they all used to come to Halifax for a walk round in their Bulls Shirts sing at anyone in Blue and White - I remember watching Bulls v Newcastle Knights in 2002 WCC at Huddersfield - after game were were at train station all Bulls fans were glum (you'd have thought they'd lost) we asked one what was up she said "we are so used to winning trophies we dont celebrate" - Moral is enjoy the good times they dont last forever!!
