Everything is fine at our end - 38 players vying for first team places so releases were bound to happen - Jonny Hepworth retired yesterday as well so another one gone

We are now entering a new era and looks like its going to be in a transistional year for us but write us off at your peril

Cant say im overly suprised by both players releases, nor are many others, we certainly got the best years out of Finn and a world record to boot so thanks for the memories

Cant see where he will fit in at cas - Dorn, sneyd, seymour signed and Jamie Ellis on the books, though can see the latter going as dont think DP rates him at all

Cant blame finny for taking the opportunity even if its a flash in the pan one season

Did well for us Finn but a lot of people think it was deff time for a change, he isnt getting any younger or faster. He was a good player in a structured game plan but never created anything and he couldnt drop goals. As for lamont bryan could of been a good player but just wouldnt get himself fit enough

Weird how Championship players on the slide are now moving to SL clubs

Was it just delaying tactics, very close to signing for us last season, verbally agreed to sign this year, were Fev worried he might sign for a contender in the Championship. Wait until all the players in that position are signed by us and then release him.

Finn could of signed for Fax this year but didn't want to ask your Coach it was Harrison who spoke to him after Fev gave them the ok

I wish we still had him this season but I wish him well in S/L He didn't fit in the plans with the new coach as there seems to be changes happening but as we all know clubs have to keep moving and improving just hope it turns out to be right for Fev and Finn does well in S/L then everyone's a winner

They have a massive squad at Fev, I read somewhere that there is/was 38 players signed. When some realise that they aren't in the new coaches plans, or that they are going to have to earn a place, they may want to leave. Same at any club with a large squad.
