If he has gone to Huddersfield, fair play to him. He's more than capable of cutting it with the big boys. I'll be very sad to see hime go, but wish him nothing but huge success for the rest of his career. He's a truly awesome player.

As for signing for 'fax, surely that would be a backwards step in terms of his career, why would you leave the best team in this tier for one of the also rans?

If I were Fev, I'd be more bothered about who they'll replace Tonka with. His loss from their squad will severely dent their pack.

I heard the back end of last week he was in talks with Huddersfield - that was from a someone who does a lot of volunteering at Fev.

ey up MM, I remember reading this forum in January with contributors predicting Fev's demise after Zac had left and how it would 'stuff them up' when Briggsy then left.




Tonka's departure is well covered though I accept he's a massive favorite amongst the fans and it'll be sad to see him go. I still suspect he'll end up in SL and I hope he gets a chance. But who knows where he'll be next year.

Big fan of Tonka, RFF, probably the type of player we have missed with regularity. He will take some replacing for you guys if he goes.

Well, yes he would and as he's been a personal fav of mine of recent years, I'm gutted that he's moving on. I just hope he gets his gig in SL - the thought of him running into us next season is not too palateable tbh.
BUT - his replacement will be of similar quality so won't effect our side too much.
