time to reflect? i hope this aint gonna turn into we accept the rfl were right and will continue to improove the club for the next bid because if so we have been sold down the river again and most fans wont accpet anything like that and lose interest in the club as well as the sport. but yes we will wait and see

When I say reflect, basically I was thinking that we dont shoot ourselves in the foot in the heat of the moment. 24 hours is enough time to construct a well worded damming statement about the muppets who made the decision.

for me... they better not lay down and accept it.... or they can kiss goodbye to my season ticket, replica shirt monies etc.

All I want is for the club to stand up for itself... if they do that, we could see the decision challenged at a high level

We won't get any sense from that show, we have the interview with the chairman, but then will follow a debate from hemmings and his crew that lasts 5 minutes talking about how its the right decison and maybe just maybe Wakefield may fill the promices from the last franchise bid.

Not this time guys, they have broken their backs over the last few years and done everything asked of them and come up empty handed.
The manner of the way this has happened has clearly angered them.
They will want the same committment that they have shown to the the RFL from the RFL.
They will not be put off by rhetoric but to what extent the RFL will take notice is out of their control.
It appears that at least some of the other clubs in the Championship are equally concerned which may help to get the RFL to listen.

Please dont just accept this and become a RFL puppet just to be let down in another 3 years.

Should be interesting to hear what michael says and also how they respond. I really do hope he sticks to his principles and sticks with what he said yesterday about how we have basically been lied to. The club will have had 24 hours to word this interview just how they want and I hope it come across just how p*ssed off the directors are. Doubt it will make much difference tho.

There was a lot of talk around financial stability, and the one thing that Fax have shown in recent times is that they can run a Rugby League club using generated income without being bolstered by wads of cash from rich benefactors.... and be very successful on the field at the same time.

There was talk of aspiring to the grade A clubs - it seems to me that a lot of clubs need to look at HRLFC to see how to manage within their means.
