In the next couple of weeks I will be releasing an update to the spreadsheet. It will allow users to keep track of every teams statistics and scorers through the season. Including NRC, CCC and Championship League/Play off games.

It will allow you to see appearances, tries, goals, drop goals and total points. Also there will be a Championship leaders chart for tries, goals and points.

Here is a screen shot so you can see what it will look like for those interested.

hi Billy need some help please. I'm running excell 2007 and i get this message when i open it.

cannot run the macro "championship2011.xls'!button2415_click' the macro may not be available in this workbook or all macros may be disabled

I downloaded the spreadsheet at work on an earlier version of excell and it works fine, but would really like it on my home pc.

your help would be much appreciated please

First you must click the Options button, shown below (highlighted orange above the formula bar)

Then select Enable this content and ok (as shown below)

To make it work everytime the spreadsheet opens you have to do the following:

1. Select Office File menu (Circle top left hand corner)
2. Click Excel Options (bottom right of the appering box)
3. On the window that appears selectr Trust
4. Now click the button on the right half of the window called Trust Settings
5. On the new window select Macro Settings
6. Select Enable all macros

=#FF0000BE WARNED ENABLING ALL MACROS CAN LEAD TO POTENTIALLY HARMFUL CODE AUTOMATICALLY RUNNING FROM WITHIN EXCEL FILES. Better to stick with the Options button as highlighted above if you are not familiar with VBA and Macros.

Excel version now ready for download below. Images will open your default browser and go to relevant websites (excel version only). There is some data for you to look at the player stats but is test data only. Takes about 90 seconds to load.

1. Squad updates for Barrow, Batley, Dewsbury, Featherstone, Hunslet (based on websites, may change). These will be updated as teams announce their squads and on appearances through the season.

Updated all squads now! (Hopefully they're right!)

Slight update to the program for importing stats. See screen shots below. Just gives you a live view of the stats importing on the import form and in the background the page will change to each section as it starts to import, giving you a view while you wait.

Without sounding patronising, I would like to say what a superb spreadsheet you have developed.

A couple of points Billy.

Row 28 - Featherstone Rovers v Barrow Raiders should be 14th April and not 14th March.

Also on the teamsheets, Andrew Henderson should be Squad No 9 Hooker and Mitch should be Squad No 8 I think.

I am an Excel user myself and produce lots of cost reports, the work that has gone into this must have been exhausting. It is truely a magnificent effort.
