i know its a long time to the start of the season and many clubs havent finished there recruitment yet but i have seen some of these on some of the sooper dooper league club forums so decided to have one for the us to see what we think.

I have no idea why people rate Leigh so highly. They were a poor team last year and have signed nothing but Widnes rejects and an ageing half back who hasnt been athletic enough to play the game at a high level for years. Also why is no-one mentioning the Rams as a potential threat? They went upbeaten last year and are always hard to beat on that narrow pitch.

Dont think Fev should be underestimated this year, they've made some good signings

Think Fev will be a bit higher up the table but i will agree with top spot

I doubt there will be that many more significant signings for teams now apart from the loan players. So........

You've just got to put Widnes in their usual positions of 4th or 5th

Only one fax fan has got a braincell and picked widnes top.

You fax fans are obviously biased You win by a country mile wiv them pensioners.

Serious now alot of teams have worked out fax and barrow and other teams will want to take you off the pedastal.

This thread is awesome and will be used to throw back at you later next year.

Im by no means saying were going to finish top but 4th and 5th i dont think so, Cullens first full pre season in charge and with 3 more players to be announced shortly we will be challenging for top honours.

I think people are stupid to rule out Widnes and Haven so fast, even though Widnes won't be as strong as this past year, they still have plenty of talent in their ranks, plus we know how tough Haven are at home.

Plus I think Leigh will be dangerous, Millward will still be a great coach at this level.

Nevertheless I still think we have the strongest suqad on paper, with more signings to come.

I don't think you can rule out Haven, they look good. Few additions here and there, not looking forward to playing them..

I think Fev will be tough.

Why Haven? they've lost 2 very good forwards (Amor / Edmonson).

Amor has re-signed on loan from Leeds but Mcnally will be a loss, they have also signed garbage in Thompson and Skee from Harlequins whi isnt up to scratch. Govin is a gamble with his injury record.
