The only thing that will get people attending is success on the pitch, everything else follows and flows from that. No money to spend means mediocrity on the pitch and a slow but sure death.
The Matt Calland days the crowds were on the up. It was entertaining and we won/competed for silverware.
Fev under Daryl Powell was the Same and the crowds went up.
Fax in the middle 8's crowds started increasing again, all that work wasted on a horrible season and back to square one, in fact probably 2 steps back from square one.
Rugby talk about building pressure, simalar could be said about the rugby club. Sponsors pulling out and the executive committee saying the club won't listen to change then what can we expect. Don't change then we will stay put and go backwards
