Bradford seemed well on top. Leigh have grown accustomed to winning, Bradford the opposite. Probably 2 evenly matched teams but Leighs experience of winning shaded it. Sounded a cracker, and Leigh have set a great day example for matchday 1, that we all have to follow. There is little difference between Leigh and Fax as clubs, and we should look to try and emulate their progress. A great day for the Championship.

Have your digs at the rfl all you want about the complex structure. But (on the evidence so far) they have created an enthusiasm for British rugby league which has been missing for years, throughout the professional game. I applaud Leigh, and I applaud the rfl

Just watched Barlow get taken out with what looks like an elbow, a very dirty tackle, worse than Danes in my eyes, lets see what the lad who did it gets..........How it didnt warrant a red card i do not know.

Edit: Barlow looked like he was out cold which should mean he does not play next week under the new rules shouldnt it?
