How about instead of wasting 10's of thousands pounds on a pointless legal case. Use that money to back back the creditors they shafted to put themselves in this position in the first place.
Quote="Norman Bates"I have heard on the grapevine that they have it in writing from the RFL that they would not be docked points if they went into administration, how true this is only time will tell.[/quot
2nd time I believe as they were wanting the OK situation sorting out and going into administration was the only option, as I say it is only what I have heard so may have as much truth in it as a Super League contract for Sam Barlow,.
We shall see but this is the reason I have been told is behind their next legal attempt.
It surely is a "huge task" lose tomorrow and it doesn't matter whether the decision is overturned.
Do we want the decision to be overturned and them still go down? As they will.
Or do we want the decision to be upheld?
If it is upheld it would show the incompetence of the RFL.

As before I would prefer to know what is going on simply because the RFL have been involved from the start with the Bulls more than any other club so how do they stack up.
I have no faith in the RFL in being able to show leadership or make correct decisions which clearly has implications beyond the Bulls or any one club.
It involves the entire game when it is still going through some tough times and will be entering the new format structure very soon.
