| Triple M is a radio station out here which is in a large part dedicated to rugby league. A couple of weeks ago Gareth was interviewed by Matty Johns (I have been waiting to see if it would be posted to the website but seems it's not going to happen) about his fantastic form since he signed for St George. During the interview he got talking a fair bit about Fax and his desire to play for us in Super League before his career comes to an end. Seemed to be very genuine in his desire to step out in the blue and white although can't see it happening in the near future considering the money he is on at the Dragons.
Interestingly Matty Johns also started talking about his memories of Thrum Hall when he and his brother Joey went to see us play Cas in the 90's. Sure he was taking urine a fair bit about the slope and the changing rooms, but loved the feel of the place and was spot on with his descriptions. Nice bit of Fax nostalgia in a far off location and nice to know we haven't been forgotten, if only momentarily.

| Yep, that's the one. Even used the joke about the boy (although he was eight on the radio) finished up the slot. Widdop's really showing his skill now without being in the shadow of Cronk, Smith and Slater. He does a lot of stuff you don't immediately spot, especially in organising defence and directing attack. Dragons would be in a sad state without him.
