What's the Championship salary cap? Still £350'000?

Its a tough one. Most players who work and play top end Championship rugby may be reluctant to go FT and essentially earn less money and you wont be able to put together that good of a squad if you only have 1 million to spend on FT players. Its going to be interesting to see how the top 2 try and transition to bridge the gap.

I reckon they should spend the money assembling the best part time players that they can get as I feel the best part time squad would be more than a match for say the teams that Bradford and London will put together on their FT budgets.

If they're Jonny Foreigners, i suspect our head coach might see things differently on recent form.

That shouldn't be a reason to not introduce it. We can't keep stagnating the league because of other clubs who aren't as financially well off otherwise the league will only go backwards. Plus if the likes of Wakefield, Bradford, Castleford and so on had a sniff of signing SBW, Slater, Inglis etc they'd have sponsors clambering over there selves to help with funding such signings.

Fat Controller is on a massive salary I believe, but not salary capped, his food in take though is capped by the size of his table.

Pretty much agree with what he's saying, let's hope somebody else agrees with him.
