What a surprise - not.
How can the RFL already make a decision on a club that might not even exist in a few weeks and if the don't survive and start up as a New Co what about due diligence and a bond to ensure they are able to pay the players that stay with the new club etc...?
What really annoys me is that if the New Co are allowed to stay in SL this puts them in a prime position to get a Franchise for 2013 as the RFL will say 'they are already a proven SL club (cos they are in it already) , they 'deserve' a SL cos they are Bradford and they have a large fanbase (based on cheap season tickets I must add) so there is no way they will allow anybody else to replace them relegating a SL club is not an option for the RFL, they don't have the b&lls.
Another RFL c*ck up. Hey I want to see a RL club still in Bradford but if they are bust they are bust and anew club should start outside SL, end of story like Crusaders did.
