Quote="SID SCOOP"I really wanted to attend this event but due to work commitments I couldn't make it. Well done to everybody who supported it and a special mention for Featherstone who came across on the night. Had a good chat earlier with Martin (ovo) and it's very humbling to hear how much they want to help Dave. He was telling me that Daryl Powell bought a Fax polo shirt for £100 which is a great gesture. I know Daryl quite well and he's tighter than me so fair play!
Featherstone are keen to do what they can for Dave & we have some plans in place for next year which will be announced soon.

get in touch with chris taylor (fev) n yes community lads to play
I took a few photograph on the night, a massive turnout. This morning we received a cheque for Dave from a Fev supporter for £50.00 thanks very much. I know what happened was bad, but talking to the family on Saturday night they hold no grudges. So if the Singer family can put things behind them the supporters of both clubs should work together for the future of Dave and his family.
I'll be going to watch Fev at post office road when Fax are not playing to show my support for the RFL family game.
