Just been added by the James Haley Testimonial Facebook Page. James has been a good servant to the club and fully deserves this. I've no idea how many players have come and gone in the time James has been here (one for Piston Broke to work out
) but one way or another even with the revolving door swinging fairly fast at times, James is still here.
Anyway to the point of this post...
The "Event" created on Facebook is the Testimonial Launch night, normal enough, and the details explain that there will be chance to buy tickets for future planned events, Halloween Ball, Christmas Raffle ect, but the intriguing part is it also mentions a Testimonial Match against Burleigh Bear's, one of Ben Black's previous clubs and where I believe Dom Maloney is currently playing.
I'm sure an opponent like that would sure bring in a few neutrals as well as the Fax Faithful! Well done to whoever arranged that if true!
