After a season which we got to our first final for years we as fans and as a club are looking forward with anticipation for next season.
However while last season was good we did fall short of expectations in the second half of the season after a fantastic start. As coaching staff what do you think the reasons were for this and what can the club/team do next year to avoid a repeat. Im thinking more in the way of fitness and planning rather than off season recruitments of new players ?
The half-back / hooker rotation policy didn't really work last season (apart from the Cas game!). What are your plans regarding interchanges going to be in 2010?
