The CIA actually pay agents to basically sit on their PC's all day and to infiltrate certain movements with an agenda to cause nothing but disruption to the movements with the sole intention of behaving chaotic and purposely trying to nullify the numbers getting to hear/view certain video's which the information is damning to their agenda's.
