I haven't played HD, but thanks to hype I have bought the original 2 times now (ps2/wii) and i've never even reached the half way point.



Just bought fable 3 - £7.99 from zavvi, enjoyed fable 2 but read a lot of comments that 3 was a big step back so held off buying it until now. Also just realised I have had Fallout 3 sitting on my desk for about 2 years - still unopened!

Excellent game, remedy the situation.

Never been able to get into RPGs like Fable, Fallout and Oblivion etc.

I just find them really boring and tedious. Not sure I've got the patience to complete games with a 50 hour+ story.

GTA isn't far off as long as it gets for me.

Does that mean it's crap or what?

Do you like Zelda?

Never played it. Only Nintendo thing I've ever owned was a Gameboy colour. Played on a few SNES, N64s and GameCubes, but never played on Zelda, just things like Pokemon, Goldeneye, Mario and Star Fox.

Pokemon arena(?) on the N64.

Just played FIFA '13. Couldn't find the tagline on the packaging, must have been hidden. But I believe it goes something like:



FIFA '13 - New Year, Same S****.

Just played a bit of halo 4.



First impression's are a bit iffy tbh. Not get very far into the campaign at all yet but everything just seem's too different. Just downloading the multiplayer files from live so I'll see how that goes.

If you're seriously thinking about buying it, then read some reviews of the game. I played the original on the PS2 and I really enjoyed it - one of the best games on the console actually. Plus it's absolutely massive, like 40 hours plus. Plenty of value for money.

Have succumbed to buying XBox for my brood this Xmas and was looking for some suggestions of suitable, age appropriate games. 12 y/o boy will be laughing but we have 6 and 7 y/o girls too - what kind of range of games can we expect for the girls and do you have any recommendations? Cheers ears!

can anyone help me with this, my lad wants a laptop and pvr for xmas but thats costing way to much so could i run a pvr of a netbook?

I dont know anything about pvr's and was just wondering if a netbook would support the running of one.

When you record stuff does it save to the pvr or your netbook (he is wanting to record cod live games).
