Thank-you, a very good read. One of the reasons I didn't go to see Springsteen at Glasto a few years ago was disabled access and viewing. Etihad Stadium and Live Nation have couldn't have been more helpful to me (although its probably in their best interest to be helpful). I have a car parking space at the ground and I have had to pay full ticket price for me and my carer gets one free which is how it is around most RL grounds now.

One for the 2-Tone fans out there, check out Ipswich based The Downsetters. Their new EP is finally out, four new tracks plus an upbeat (I'd not want to dance to it!) versions of The Specials 'Gangsters', a nice version of Jimmy Cliffs' 'The Harder They Come' and Kraftwerks 'The Model' done is a ska stylee join with three originals.

Top stuff, I can see this getting a lot of plays around here, or at least until the album comes out

Went to see Manic Street Preachers last gig before a 2 year hiatus.

Probably best gig of my life, emotional, nostalgic and just plain /ing amazing.

They were really good,and really tight too. If get the chance go and see them you wont be dissapointed. The album In Darkness is a classic right up there with Here nothing....etc. I hear they are going into the studio next to year to crack on with another album

Are you arguing for the removal of Coldplay from a list of gay bands? Coldplay are fifteen kinds of gay. That's seven more than are in the gay handbook.

They played new dark ages and a track i havent before that could of being off the second album. They played all of Darkness and viod etc... I am made up they have got back together.

I'm slightly baffled....How can a band like Coldplay be 'gay'?......I can appreciate the obvious 'gay' acts like Kylie, GaGa, Scissor Sisters, Mika etc, but a bland guitar band like Chris Martin's lot??
