I read it. It's not fact and you will see she used the word 'allegedly'. It appears you have you chosen to:

1. Believe it as unquestionable fact; and

2. Decide that it is not a good reason to change your name.

Not at all, its just that if its true that he changed his name because he thought that sounding a bit Jewish would affect his chances of progressing in politics then its all the more fun to keep reminding him of the fact, to be honest I think I'll start calling him Moses instead.
