Red dead redemption or for something different Portal 1 and 2

If they look as good as those screenshots then I'll be amazed, I won't get my hopes up just yet. Every time a rugby league game has been released I've seen screen shots and had high expectations only to be disappointed. Hopefully this will break the mould.

What is everyones thoughts on the new COD, black ops 2 is it? I used to love the COD games and think that the first MW was arguably my favourite game I've played. But as more have been released and they've added more and more things to them, the less I've enjoyed them. This one is set in 2025 I believe and the thought of been chased around by friggin' UFOs

becuase someone has got a killstreak and Snipers that can detect players through objects. Just doesn't seem appealing to me. On the other hand, the new MOH: Warfighter looks brilliant.

Anybody played the Walking Dead game by Telltale? If not you should get it, best game of the year so far. Released in episodes for 400 points each (there are going to be 5) it nails the feel of the comics while telling its own story, and if anything happens to Clementine...

Skyrim or oblivion is a must. Skyrim is amazing but may still be expensive, whereas oblivion will be cheap but quite old now but it's still a classic tbh.

Read Dead meets AC... What's not to love?

Anybody been watching Evo? For anyone into Fighting games, look for a game just recently between Daigo and Gamerbee. Outstandingly brilliant.

I think the FGC scene is brilliant, I know nothing of fighting games and I wouldn't even say I'm a beginner I'm so bad, but I really enjoy watching games like SF4 and UMvC3.

Changed my mind over the last couple of days, I'm going to be purchasing the new COD game.

ME2 is the best of the trilogy IMO, granted all you do is recruitment, then loyalty missions, interrupted by the odd "required" mission, but its superb....and you're working with terrorists, its like being undercover in a futuristic al-Qaeda, just less beards

Just finished my first playthrough of ME2...jumped straight into a second



The loyalty missions add much more depth and character development compared to 1 & 3 so I like them.

I've just finished 3 tonight. Not sure what to make of the ending. Why did Shepherd have to die? I know it's really soppy of me, but why? The choices you have are all pretty much the same thing. Loved the series however, shame they killed it off so soon. I can't see why they didn't just close that storyline and open up the game to other characters and plot lines. It's easily the best game series I've ever played, I can remember virtually all of the characters I met in the game and can identify all of the races with ease.

He doesn't in one of the endings

The one where he becomes some ghost/god thing and controls the world?

Where is the one where he buys a beach front villa in Spain and has Ashley and Miranda visit him on alternate weekends?

Nope, there's one where he actually survives - you need a high EMS to get it, that's all I'll say

I'm looking to get away from sport orientated games which is all I seem to play. Like the look of Hitman: Blood money (and the new one for that matter). Has anyone played it, do you recommend it etc etc?

We didn't really talk specifics either, I asked why there wasn't an ending where he could live and someone answered that there was. Anyone playing through it would be sufficiently uncertain about the fate of The Shephard to not ruin it.

Great game, not without its flaws though. Got great replay value as well, more of a puzzle game than an action one.

Yeah Blood Money is good, like someone else said its not a shooter, you can spend hours on some levels studying the Guards/Targets movements before trying to figure out the best way to kill them without getting caught in the act. All thought for fun you can just gun everyone down but you don't score as well.

Really good game and would be best to play it before getting the new one.
