Quote ="Durham Giant"1 / Were the Khmer Rouge instrumental in genocide and Mass murder yes or no ( if yes go to question 2. If no go give your head a shake)
2/ Did Mrs Thatcher authorise helping and training the Khmer Rouge yes or no ( If yes go to question 3 if no read this then go back to question 2

3/ Steve if Mrs Thatcher helped the Khmer Rouge does that make her an accessory to/ complicit in / callous about mass murder and genocide ( if yes then think about your post and christophers, if no then i suggest you start and English O level ).
If you answer yes to these three questions then i would say it is legitimate for people to be angry about Thatcher effectively having a state funeral and legitimate for people to protest'"
well, that makes david stirling ultimately culpable and all governments inbetween too. then there's the voters as well, they put these callous s in power. just think, you or one of your parents could be responsible for genocide. that's how it works doesn't it? you see the end result an then extrapolate back.

I apologise, I did check to see what had happened after the funeral, but didn't see anything that said she had been cremated.

Thanks BG, only just seen Elpers' quibble.
Also, since going back into State ownership, the target of refranchising at some point has meant little or no investment in East Coast, and, as franchisees tend to invest in the early days of their franchise and not towards the end because they don't know if their franchise will be renewed, the last investment was way before going back into state ownership.

Can't see any need, given the amount of airtime afforded to Charles Moore recently

Met Titan in London yesterday. He was straight into Foyles to purchase it with pride.
