Well an engineer came on wednesday and sorted the remote. When they had repaired it the connector for the I.R receiver hadn't been connected properly.. And it is now 6 days since getting the tv back after being "repaired" and the screen has become faulty again with green lines intermittently appearing all over the picture. Pathetic service from comet. I've phoned again and complained, and another engineer (the 4th visit...) will be having a look on tuesday....
I have to laugh or I'd cry..... How much hassle has to be caused before they'll just refund me or just replace the damn set!?
