Without JJB, Ward, Mullally and potentially Falloon for this first game of the season. Big potential in this squad for me, but a very difficult game to start with.

Knew they pulled him out of game today at last minute with foot problem but not aware toe broken - that's a blow before Thursday.

According to what was said today at the game, he still has a chance of making it for Thursday so clearly not a bad break.

If he's fit, he starts for me. If not, Burrow starts at hooker with Lilley on the bench.

Otherwise same side as Frosties, except Galloway starts with Cuthbertson at loose and Delaney on the bench.

How come Falloon was due to play today anyway? Not match fit or not in McDermott's first team plans at present?

It's sounding like Warrington will be without Ratchford, Dodds, Laithwaite, Harrison, Bailey, B Evans, T King and maybe Russell.

Same as Frosties but obviously Watkins and moon playing right and left centre respectively instead of the other way round.

After such a good preseason, I would like to see lilly play.

It will be a big miss if Faloon misses out.

We did manage to pick up 3 pieces of silverware with Burrow at 9 so not quite sure he will be that big of a miss.
