Superb pre-game entertainment on offer at Headingley on Friday as the Leeds Rhinos Under 18's face St Helens Under 18's in the 2007 Junior Academy Grand Final. Leeds qualified by beating St Helens a fortnight ago at Knowsley Road, winning 25-18 after extra time. St Helens bounced back last week to easily dispose of Wigan Warriors. St Helens will be out for revenge, that defeat to Leeds is the only time they have had their colours lowered all season. Kick off for this game is 5.45pm.
Then on Saturday, more Grand Final action as the Leeds Rhinos Under 21's travel to the KC Stadium to take on Hull FC in the 2007 Senior Academy Championship Grand Final. This is a repeat of the final last year which was won 1-0 after a late late drop goal from Luke Gale snatched victory. This game kick off at 2pm, please beware if you are going to the game that parking is severely restricted due to the Hull Fair which is taking place in West Park. Only the lower West Stand is open and admission is £3 for Adults and £1 for concessions.
These squads will be cut to 18 players on Friday afternoon.
A full preview of the game will be available on Friday.
