2007 Final Venue?

The road to Wembley began today with the draw for the first round of the newly named Carnegie Challenge Cup took place up at Leeds Metropolitan University earlier on this afternoon

Six teams from Leeds are included in the first round draw, Stanningley, East Leeds and Bramley getting home draws with Leeds Metropolitan University, Queens and Milford hitting the road. Scottish champions Fife Lions are also included in the draw for the first round.

The ties take place on the first weekend in February.

The final will hopefuly held at the new Wembley Stadium, but the RFL are marketing the game taking place in London. This could mean the final again returning to Twickenham Stadium if Wembley is not ready.
