Itís all aboard for the annual Rugby League jamboree as Round 13 takes the SuperLeague en masse to the Etihad Stadium Manchester for the Magic Weekend.|
Here are the previews.
BRONCOS v. DRAGONS
A low key start to the weekends RL festival as the expansion derby kicks off the event.
The Nags still canít buy a win but a change in coach did bring an improved performance last week if not the elusive first win.
The Dragons are the Jekyll and Hyde of SL they play some tough fast skilful RL at home but once they hit these shores they crumble into a rudderless mess.
It will be closer than many expect but I still donít see enough quality in the London 17.

VIKINGS v. DEVILS
After a surprise home loss to the relegated threatened Wakey the Vikings will be determined to bounce back and strengthen their grip on a top 6 spot.
The big spenders managed to scrape a draw last week but are still far from the all-conquering RL Goliath their big mouthed rich owner suggested they would be.
It should be an entertaining clash the Vikings are vying for top 6 and whether the Dr likes it or not the Devils are not safe from getting dragged into the relegation battle.
I think Bettsí team have too much for Rangi and co so cue the tweets of discontent on Saturday evening from the good DR.

KR v. FC
The second instalment of the Cod wars should be an interesting game as both teams sit on ten points but itís the B+Wís who are in free fall after another crushing defeat on their own patch to a depleted Wigan team.
After last years game was decided by Cyclops Ganson in the Arlie birds favour iíd expect the Robins to be extra motivated to win despite their opponents desperation.
It will be fast , fierce and a full bloodied encounter but I think the low confidence of the B+W half of Codsville will play into the Robinsí hands.

RHINOS v. WARRIORS
Day one concludes as the table toppers take on the current double holders.
With the two sides last encounter two weeks ago still fresh in the memory the Pies will be determined to exact revenge and close the gap at the top of the league.
The Blue Ďní Amber are in fine form after another tough win darnít lane last week against high flying Cas in awful conditions.
Both sides have quality sat in their respective treatment rooms but its Wigan who are hit hardest with double the number of first teamers unavailable.
The respective available squads make the Rhinos firm favourites but history shows that it would be foolish to under estimate the opposition.
Another high octane clash is expected and I expect a close contest but the Rhinos quality out wide should be enough to get the win.

WILDCATS v. TIGERS
Day two kicks off with a fierce feline derby as the Wildcats take on the resurgent Tigers.
Wakey are putting daylight between themselves and the bottom two whilst despite back to back defeats the Tigers are sat fourth on merit.
Agars team are starting to gel gain confidence and put a run of form together but they still lack the quality to take on the top 5/6.
Although it will be tough Powell will see this as the perfect chance for his team to bounce back to winning ways and remain in the top 4.
It could be a belter with plenty of emotion and some quality scores but the Tiggers should have too much for the Puddy Cats.

GIANTS v. BULLS
Despite a closer than expected game v the Nags the Giants are fifth only by points diff whereas the two game winning run by the Dulls was destroyed by the STís last week.
The Dulls are still going to need a miracle to survive relegation despite the new owner making money available to improve the squad.
The Giants are starting to gain winning momentum and challenge for a top 4 spot even though they havenít hit the heights of 2013 yet.
If Frannys mob can compete for the full 80 minutes they can keep the score respectable but donít have enough quality or confidence to win.

SAINTS v. WOLVES
The weekends RL celebration is brought to a close by Wire and Saints.
Tony Smiths side are mirroring the inconsistency & transitional form that Saints showed last year whilst although they hit a three game losing run the Saints are serious challengers again.
It could be too close to call if Wire hit their best form but I donít think they are settled enough or playing consistently enough to get the win.
Itís a great fixture to close the weekend with and should have everything we want from a RL match but I think STís will be too strong.
