rhinoms Superleague XVI Previews - Round 26

Leeds need to get their heads and hearts back on the last two games of the season and whilst mathematically unlikely, there is atill a chance of us finishing in the top four.

A loss at home to Wakefield tomorrow night will mean that teh pitch for the four is all over, and condemn us to a difficult set of play-offs from the lower eschelons.

With only two SL games to go the race for the eight is at a crucial stage.

Here are my thoughts on this weeks fixtures.

The Blue 'n' Amber return home after heart break at Wembley.

However the home side won't have time to feel sorry for themselves with Cas only a point behind.

JK bring his Wakey team to HQ for the last time before he departs for pastures new so he will no doubt have his team fired up.

Despite obvious heartbreak from the CC final the lads have to re-focus and give the fans some cheer going into the play offs.

With the visitors playing for pride this should be a comfortable win for the plastic scousers.

Whilst there is no pressure on the visitors it does make them dangerous but they don't have the quality to win here at this time of year.

After a week off a nice fixture for the home side to get match sharp again.

It's do or die for the Red half of Cods-Ville they've got some real momentum but are still just outside the eight.

The home side is desperate to pressure the Giants for 4th and at worst want to retain a hold on 5th with the Rhinos closing in.

This could be a very good game with 2 no nonsense packs and both teams having a "General" at 7.

A tough game but unfortunately for the visitors they'll leave Battered as the hosts will not surrender this week.

Another huge battle in store as these 2 meet up at the Wheldon , Jungle Road Probiz Colon.

Both teams are still fighting to cement their top 8 place and both know the Red Mullets are breathing down their necks.

For the Moonshine smugglers the injuries are biting and although they scraped a win away at Wakey they will have to improve big time against Agars Whelks.

An entertaining game in store but the lack of depth will leave the high 6's and hoe down on ice.

A huge boost for the visitors with 2 vital points netted.

A training run in store for the hosts even though the visitors arrive with confidence after beating a poor Rhinos side the hosts will have far too much.

Despite some promising results the jellied eels will be glad to see the season end and a huge reality check is in store especially when they thought ditching Mc would improve things.

With plenty of key players returning this is the perfect fixture for the hosts to sharpen up and confirm their grip on 4th spot.

Pug, Mono-Brow and Fat Robbie Savage will enjoy getting the 2 points.

The game of the weekend and one which is expected to decide top spot.

The hosts will be refreshed and fired up whilst the visitors will have to dig deep after a tougher than expected CC.

With doubts over key men Bentham and Hicks the visitors will be hoping "Sam don't boo the little angel he's the future of RL"Tompkins isn't made to look as ordinary this week.

With Morley missing the rest of the hosts pack will have to show bite and put plenty of work T.Leuleui's way.

A fantastic game in prospect but the home team should have just too much. I'm sure Rat-boy will have a Victory sign or 2 for the crowd and his Toilet brother will have a rant at the officials but remember they are young misunderstood, and the whole of English RL should be grateful.

A pointless game between 2 pointless teams in a dump.

The visitors will want to go out on an away win whilst the home mob just don't want the local chavs having a go at Potter because they s#*#.
