rhinoms Superleague XVI Previews - Round 20

by rhinoms

After a week off, our man rhinoms is back in the predictions hot seat.

With even coach McDermott saying that the Rhinos aren't going to Wigan to win, will the rhinos tinted spectacles see our pundits predicting the unthinkable?

Read more here....

As we hit July the top 8 places still need to be decided.

Here are my thoughts on this weeks games.

The jellied Eels head to the willows after another pasting this time against HKR where they failed to trouble the scoreboard.

The home side got a good win in Wales and will still have hopes of breaking into the 8.

It's hard to actually see the point of Quinns this year they got a couple of great wins early on but have just imploded and have more loan players than the Lib Dems have councilors!

The home side should have too much for the visitors and cruise to a fairly comfortable win.

The hosts will be looking to shake off recent defeats to the Pies and Wire when Agars whelks sail into town.

The visitors will hope to match last years away win and put the sole back into their top 8 charge.

The locals will be hoping the light fingered hosts can get back on track and leave the opposition out mussled and on bricks.

A tough game for an hour but I think the KFC kid and "glass cheeks" Roby will have too much coral and skate away with the win.

It doesn't get any easier for the Blue 'n' Amber this week with a journey to the Pie-Dome.

The defending champs are looking very strong and most have even stopped crying about rat-Boy getting 'Booed', bless.

Which Leeds team turns up is anybodies guess, the tough, Fast and skillful side that blitzed Catalans and Cas or the one full of holes and the resilience of a Lib Dem promise!

A tough nights work is needed and despite the odds I can't and won't stop backing the lads.

Stupid is as stupid does!

The Banjoes welcome the table toppers this week.

The visitors look to be getting stronger and stronger and there'll be no compromise as they look to tighten their grip on 1st spot.

The best the Waltons can hope for is to be in the game after an hour because with injuries and loss of form they look ripe for a good hiding.

No hoe down or shin dig in prospect only a tough night and a battling loss. The Wire will march on and their bite is getting bigger than their bark!

The pot-hole pub team got their 1st win in years last week in their cup final so spirits will be high.

However this week they will meet a well-coached team with direction and structure, which equals defeat for Potters wands.>{? The dragons really are breathing fire and Dureau is pulling all the right strings and must be in the running for M.O.S.

A spirited effort after last weeks win but they will melt under the Catalan onslaught.

This week the hosts have the perfect chance to prove they aren't a one man team with Mono-Brow out injured.

The visitors are getting more competitive but can't seem to get the vital win they desire to kick on.

The hosts will have far too much power and will be determined to show last weeks hammering was a blip.

A morale-boosting win for the hosts and one they desperately need to get their challenge back on track.

The Robins will be in great spirits this week after last weeks efforts in London.

For the visitors JK's unloved seem to be running out of steam and the "under-dog" tag and chest thumping can only take you so far.

A decent game in prospect with both teams desperate for 2 points and it's one the visitors will relish as the red mullets are under pressure to net a win in front of their own cockles.

The behind scenes unrest and the pressure on coach Morgan will be enough to distract the home team and the Wildcats will show their claws and get the win.
